Consultation Policy

Thank you for your interest in scheduling a consultation with Keene Prosperity Solutions. Please review the following guidelines before booking your appointment:

Complimentary Consultation: Your first consultation is complimentary. This is a 15-minute strategy session where we will review your credit report in detail and determine the best next steps.

For Potential Clients Only: Consultations are reserved for individuals who are ready to take action. These sessions are not intended for free credit advice or general inquiries.

Credit Monitoring Requirement: All consultations require active credit monitoring and the submission of valid login credentials prior to the scheduled appointment time. Credit monitoring is required so a full credit audit can be completed and reviewed in detail during your consultation. While our scheduling system may allow you to select a date and time and you may receive a confirmation email indicating that your consultation is scheduled, your appointment is not considered confirmed unless active credit monitoring is obtained and credit monitoring login credentials are submitted through the required form at the time of scheduling.
Failure to obtain credit monitoring and/or failure to provide the required login credentials before your scheduled consultation time will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment or provide less than 24 hours’ notice to make changes, you will be required to book a new consultation. Any rebooked consultation will be subject to a $97 fee.

Time Zone: All appointments are scheduled in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
